Sue says, "I know what is on the far side of the sun. The Counter-Earth made by the High Evolutionary, made invisible by a high tech screen."
She looks wistful. "The evil twin of Reed comes from there. He was called the Brute. He's not married."
THOR: "Then let us hasten thither --- THUS!"
Thor whirls his hammer so fast that space blends into a trippy rainbow blur.
"Jump! Jump through the wound I have shattered in the warp and woof of Space Itself!"

Machine Man buzzes, one hand clutching spastically at Spider-Man as if to eat him.

Storm says dryly, "Does Machine Man have a reboot button. Spiderman, you're a teenager. All teenagers are good with mechanics. Fix him."

Spidey shruggs, webs up Machine Man, and throws him through the portal, before jumping in himself.

ReplyDeleteSue gives Wanda an odd look. "I did not say Reed was married. I said Evil Reed from Counter-Earth was not married. The Reed from Earth 3 looks like Ben Grim. That yet another version of him."
Sue erects a bubble of force around herself, puts up a tube shaped force field to act as a safety railing inserted it in the portal, and jumps through.
